14 November 2024Subdivision & Civil Construction for Strathnairn School – Pro Hart Avenue Works

Please be advised GroupOne will be commencing Pro Hart Avenue works from Thursday 14 November 2024 between 7am-5pm.
Per the traffic control plan and associated approvals GroupOne has orgnised traffic control during this period. Please note, at times, Pro Hart Avenue will be operating with one-way traffic flow. GroupOne will be controlling traffic for the period of works on Pro Hart Avenue.

GroupOne will work to minimise peak time disruption and overall traffic disruption.

These works are phase 1 intersection works which mainly involve water main installation and minor kerb works. We have been advised phase 2 works will commence early next year.

21 October 2024Strathnairn ECEC – Year 6 School – Temporary footpath closure along Asimus Avenue

Please be aware that from Tuesday 22 October, the southern footpath next to the Strathnairn School site on Asimus Avenue will be temporarily closed to allow for a temporary water connection to be created for the school site. All pedestrian, cyclist and equestrian traffic will be redirected to the northern footpath along Asimus Avenue. Please take care with the change in conditions.

Icon Construction has carried out a letterbox drop to residents near the school site to notify them that construction has commenced. You can view the letter here.

1 October 2024Strathnairn ECEC – Year 6 School – Road works - Asimus Avenue October 10 2024

Please be aware that Icon Construction will build a temporary driveway into the school site from Asimus Avenue on October 10. The work will commence at 10 am to not interrupt peak hour traffic. Asimus Avenue will remain open during the work, but temporary traffic management will be in place.
