Project Background
Ginninderry are preparing to submit the second Estate Development Plan (i.e., subdivision) Development Application (EDPDA) for Macnamara Neighbourhood 02, with lodgment anticipated in the third quarter of 2023. To read more about this Development Application, please click here.
To enable future development in the area, an associated Development Application referred to as ‘Offsite Works’ is being delivered as a part of the consultation process for the second Estate Development Plan in Macnamara.

There will be multiple ways you can learn more about the proposed EDP and Offsite Works and provide feedback, including on this page once documentation is finalised.

Offsite Works
The Offsite works will address the road connection (and associated works) between Pro Hart Avenue and Parkwood Road.
The offsite works will include the construction of a connection road between Pro Hart Avenue to Parkwood Road. This road connection will include associated landscaping, a pedestrian path, and a cycle path. Included in this works package is a shared path connection from Pro Hart Avenue to the suburb of McGregor to enable a better connection into West Belconnen.
A water main is included in this works package to service the Ginninderry Development, this water main will be built along the proposed road alignment and continue along Parkwood Road to O’reilly Street MacGregor.
