To purchase a Flexi-living Home you must meet the following criteria:

  • You do not own, and have not entered into a contract to purchase, any real property, in Australia or overseas, either alone or jointly with anyone; and
  • Your Domestic Partner does not own, and has not entered into a contract to purchase, any real property, in Australia or overseas, either alone or jointly with anyone; and
  • You intend to live in the Home for a minimum of three (3) continuous years beginning within the first year after completion of the Contract to purchase the Home, and you will not lease the Home prior to occupying it; and
  • You do not intend to sell the Home for a minimum of 3 years from the date of completion of the Contract to purchase the Home.

Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme

You may be eligible for the Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme – making it possible to secure a Flexi-living Home with just a 5% deposit and no Lenders Mortgage Insurance.^
