Ballot registrations for 37 new ‘Flexi-living Homes’ in Strathnairn are now open, opening the door to home ownership for more purchasers.

Filling the gap between apartments and traditional free-standing homes, Ginninderry’s Flexi-living Series includes a wide range of architect-designed floor plans that deliver low maintenance, affordable living, with all the freedom of a separately titled home.

The Flexi-living Series is central to Ginninderry’s goal of offering a mix of innovative housing types to suit a broad range of lifestyles with people from all ages and stages of life and with different budgets and lifestyle aspirations accommodated.

This much-anticipated release includes 37 homes with 11 designs across one, two and three-bedroom options, including some new adaptable designs.

Consisting of interlocking, individually titled homes that share garaging between street and lane frontages, the Flexi-living Series delivers multiple benefits from lower price points and reduced maintenance and operation costs to thoughtful designs that maximise internal and external space.

Ginninderry’s popular Flexi-living homes are designed for those looking to enter or re-enter the housing market, with buyers subject to eligibility criteria.

Homes in this release are located in Ginninderry’s first suburb, Strathnairn. Residents will have access to Paddys Park, community food gardens, dog parks, and the Conservation Corridor. All while remaining connected to the rest of Canberra via the abundance of footpaths and bicycle paths and the free shuttle bus into Kippax Interchange.

Prices start from $323,900, with ballot registrations closing on Friday, 22 October.
