The Development Application (DA) for EDP2 the development of Stage 2 in Strathnairn, Ginninderry’s first suburb, is now open and available for comment. A variety of documents detailing the design of the suburb are available for review until 9 January 2019.

This second stage EDP2 in Neighbourhood 1 of Strathnairn proposes 457 single residential blocks, 45 Multi Unit Blocks totalling 814 dwellings, a large neighbourhood hilltop park, outdoor gym equipment, natural playground park and a variety of other open spaces areas, retaining up to 80% of the existing trees.
