Awarded for leading the way in Inclusion

Each year the Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards provide the opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding work being done in our community to include and engage people with disability.

We were honoured last night to receive the 2018 ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusions Award for Inclusion In Private Sector Business.

This award recognises the Ginninderry Community and Riverview Projects’ ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and community, with a diverse team of all backgrounds, faiths, sexuality and abilities.

“For us, diversity and inclusion is not only the right thing to do, it’s good for business,” said David Maxwell, Managing Director of Riverview Projects. “It gives us greater access to talent, which in turn contributes to a high-performance culture, new opportunities and more innovative ideas.”

Congratulations to all of the award recipients in other categories for continuing to make Canberra an inclusive community.
