Ballot registrations for 44 new blocks in Stage 2 at Strathnairn have opened.

Blocks in this release are ideally located near Hilltop Park and green open spaces, and most qualify for free front landscaping.

Residents of Strathnairn can take advantage of the Community Recreation Park with 2.7 hectares of modern sporting facilities, walking trails, playgrounds, BBQ areas and an impressive amphitheatre.

Blocks start from $257,520 with sizes ranging from 308sqm to 717sqm.

Information sessions will be held on Saturday 26 October at 11.30am and 1.00pm. Registrations for this ballot will close on 31 October.
