Congratulations to participants on Ginninderry’s SPARK JobTrainer Women in Civil Construction Program who graduated today.

This innovative program aims to encourage more women to consider a career in the field of civil construction. Civil construction is an exciting part of the sector with interesting roles across the planning, design and creation of major infrastructure projects and this program provided participants with specialised accredited training and employment pathways including roles with a range of industry partners.
