Invitations are being sought for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Pop-up Café operator within Ginninderry’s GX Display Village. The offer includes exclusive use of a coffee van and all associated equipment (purchased by Ginninderry) and also includes an activation fee as described within the EOI.

The Pop-up Café is intended to serve hot/cold food and drinks to visitors to the Ginninderry Display Village, surrounding builders and construction workers and staff.

Handover with the current operators is expected on 13 October with first opening to public on 16 October.

Site inspections are encouraged and can be arranged as per the EOI available for download here.
