Ginninderry featured as part of Sustainable House Day 2020

Ginninderry will be featured as part of Sustainable House Day on September 20, 2020.

Established in 2001, Sustainable House Day is a national event that allows the public to see and learn from the best environmental homes in Australia. It aims to inspire people to live sustainably, showing them how to lower energy bills, live comfortably and help the environment through good home design, lifestyle practices and technology.

The Link – Ginninderry’s sales and information centre – and the homes in the GX Display Village will form part of this year’s Sustainable House Day, joining more than 150 homes nationwide who will be showcasing innovative sustainability solutions, including solar power, home batteries, off-grid living, innovative building materials and more.

Ginninderry’s Sustainability Manager, Jessica Stewart, will also be participating in a panel discussion on ‘creating a sustainable community’ – accessible to anyone through Zoom. The program for all sessions can be found on the Sustainable House Day website: https://sustainablehouseday.com/program
