My role as Ginninderry Project Director is effectively to be the overall governance of the project.

Ginninderry is a spectacular setting surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Brindabella’s and the Murrumbidgee river. It’s hard to find a more pristine landscape.

A big focus at Ginninderry is on creating smarter homes with more diversity.

As well as providing free standing homes and higher density living, we’re looking to provide a very broad range of products so we can suit a variety of lifestyles and budgets.

When you’ve got a vision that truly is to meet your objective and do things properly and doing it right, you’re motivated.

That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning – knowing that we’re trying to do things the best way that we can at Ginninderry.
