Another remarkable milestone was reached today for SPARK, with 12 participants from the Yass Construction Program celebrating their graduation.

Over the course of the 12-week program, participants developed a range of skills and techniques, including but not limited to concreting, paving and brick-laying. Today, participants not only walk away with a Certificate II in Construction Pathways, but new friends, skills and bright future employment opportunities.

Overall SPARK has already recorded some excellent outcomes that we are really proud of. To date, the project has seen 196 local people go through our training programs, 97 go on to gain work experience and 55 secure paid employment.
