Oh My Jog is a business dedicated to helping women improve their mental and physical fitness and wellbeing. All fitness levels and body shapes are welcome.
Join this women only 45-minute whole body strength and cardio group session at the outdoor gym located near Jill Landsberg Park with certified fitness coach Sara. This session is suitable for beginners. Exercises are modified to suit all fitness level and help you improve each week as you grow stronger.
