In addition to a general project update, the first Community Workshop of 2024 will focus on exploring the possibility of a Ginninderry Residents’ Association.

Facilitated by Communication Link, this will be a co-design opportunity for Residents and the Ginninderry Project Team to explore the following questions:

• What are examples of other Residents’ Associations in the ACT?
• What are the pros and cons of a Residents’ Association?
• Do Ginninderry residents want a Residents’ Association?
• Should a Residents’ Association be Ginninderry-wide or suburb-specific?
• What might the Residents’ Association be responsible for?
• What is the process to establish a Residents’ Association, and how might it be funded?
