In part seven of our question and answer series, we speak with Moanna McCloskey from SM Precision Building.

Give us a bit of background on you, your company and your story to date.  

My name is Moanna and I am the General Manager of SM Precision Building. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our office. Prior to working for SM Precision Building, I worked in law for approximately 12 years where I gained extensive experience in land law and conveyancing. Working at SM Precision Building has built on my previous experience and allowed me to develop a sound and detailed understanding of construction. My practical experience has proven invaluable when it comes to providing home buyers with an easy to understand approach to the building process.

SM Precision has established itself as a market leader in the construction industry within the ACT and surrounding region. We are multi-award winning building specialists, focussed in two areas of residential construction. What type of homes will you be involved in building at Ginninderry?

SM Precision Building will be focusing on providing high-quality, intricate and detailed construction at an affordable price. These packages will range from three and four bedroom residences – both single and double storey – as well as multi-unit developments. SM Precision Building is a custom builder. We thrive working with those astute buyers who know what they want, but cannot find exactly what they require in a suite of standard plans.
