After ten years of detailed planning, the first sales release at Ginninderry is just around the corner.

Ginninderry is a master planned community. This means that right from the beginning, we have a vision for how it will take shape, a vision created after extensive community consultation. The progressive creation of lively neighbourhoods and welcoming public spaces will be inspired by the imagination and values of the people who live in, or are connected to, this unique place.

Our first release, scheduled for early April, will showcase our vision and includes a mix of residential land, house and land packages plus a new urban style of home – our very own Flexi-Living series.

Ginninderry will offer a broad range of products to meet a variety of budgets and lifestyle aspirations, creating a diverse, interesting and unique community environment.

The Link – our purpose-built community, arts and sales information centre will open in early April. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the vision, the unique environment and buying at Ginninderry. On our opening weekend, sales information will be available including stage release plans, maps, price lists and details about how to buy.
