Luxuriate in a deep restorative experience, with dedicated time to really sink into rest. If you’re looking to completely switch off and immerse yourself in relaxation, this class is for you.
You can expect poses to be held for longer amounts of time, so that you can drop down into a state of deep calm and ease. This is a warm, quiet, restorative experience, involving the use of multiple props to help you feel nurtured and supported, and free to soften your body and your mind.
The practice will also incorporate some light breathwork and a short meditation. There will also be the opportunity to opt-in to receive light hands-on relaxation assists if you wish.
Places are strictly limited to ensure availability of props for each participant. Please dress warmly, including warm socks, and bring your eye pillow if you have one.
