Dera Night is back and you are invited! This event is open to all and will celebrate women holistically prioritising their overall health and wellbeing in a fun filled, safe and social environment. Recognising that whilst mainstream health services have numerous benefits, cultural competence and positive cultural health practices can significantly improve health outcomes. The vision for 2023 Dera Night is to increase equity. Diversity was a key highlight of 2022 Dera Night however, we are hoping to take it up a notch by increasing participation from the senior, young and most vulnerable women and girls in our ACT community.
