Ginninderry Builder Program

Partner with Ginninderry to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes for a diverse community.

Ginninderry invites local builders to engage in a collaborative program that enables them to select and commit to building detached spec homes.

This arrangement aligns with Ginninderry’s vision by delivering innovative homes that demonstrate quality, sustainability, and genuine value for money while catering to a diverse range of buyers.

Information Session

Tuesday, October 7, 3:30 - 5pm
The Link, 1 McClymont Way, Strathnairn

Join us for an interactive session where we’ll provide a project update, including details on upcoming amenity and land releases. This is also a chance for builders to share current challenges and pain points, and for us to exchange valuable market insights to help shape future opportunities.

Other considerations

  • If the Option period expires, the Suburban Land Agency will exercise the ‘Put’ Option, and the 5% security sum will be automatically transferred as the 5% deposit payable by the Builder to execute a Contract for Sale for each block.
  • Ginninderry must approve the House design before a builder commences advertising.
  • The builder and nominee will be required to sign an acknowledgement that they have read and understood the Housing Design Guidelines before an Option nomination request is approved.
