Buy your block
Select your block in consultation with your Ginninderry sales consultant and/or preferred builder.

Completion and compliance
Once your build has been signed off as compliant, your bond will be refunded within 20 business days.

Landscaping
Your front soft landscaping will be completed by Ginninderry within 4 weeks of compliance sign off, depending on seasonal variations.
