The Ginninderry Conservation Trust is looking for some keen volunteers to help us remove exotic weeds from our grassland restoration site.

Named the Scrape and Sow, this site is an area where topsoil has been removed, and native seed has been sown to create Natural Temperate Grassland. It requires consistent maintenance to ensure that exotic species don’t take over and the native species sown there can thrive.

We will be running a volunteer weeding session on Monday the 2nd of February from 8:30am-11:30am.
