Eligibility Criteria

To purchase a Flexi-living Home you must meet the following criteria:

  • The Applicant/Buyer must be an individual aged 18 years or older; and
  • The Applicant/Buyer and their Domestic Partner do not own, and have not entered into a contract to purchase, any real property, in Australia or overseas, either alone or jointly with anyone; and
  • At least one Applicant/Buyer intends to occupy the home for a continuous period of at least 3 years, beginning within the first year of settlement and must not rent the home before occupying it; and
  • The Applicant/Buyer does not intend to sell the home for a minimum of 3 years from the date of settlement.
