Ginninderry Conservation Corridor

This Ginninderry Conservation Corridor spans the border of the ACT and NSW along the Murrumbidgee River and Ginninderra Creek.

The Corridor is an integral part of sustainable living at Ginninderry which will ultimately incorporate more than 596 hectares of scenic landscape made up of open woodland, native grasslands, a flowing river and waterfalls, and is home to an abundant range of flora and fauna including some endangered species.

  • Over 14km of walking tracks
  • Canberra’s only swing bridges
  • Access to the Murrumbidgee River

The Ginninderry Conservation Trust manages the land in the corridor to protect and restore ecosystems and habitats, maintain the rich Aboriginal and European cultural heritage and ensure that the land is left in better health for future generations.
