Ginninderry first sales release attracts over 1300 registrations

Registrations have now closed for Ginninderry’s first sales release, with more than 1300 individuals registered for blocks of land and the flexi-living series at the newest ACT suburb of Strathnairn.

982 registrations were received for the 80 blocks of land on offer, while 385 people entered the draw for the 17 homes available in the flexi-living series.

The strong interest in Ginninderry’s first sales release is reassuring and reaffirms our desire to provide a variety of housing options for all levels of the market.

In line with the ACT Government’s focus on increasing affordable home ownership, being able to offer blocks of land ranging between just $590 to $792 per square metre as part of this first release definitely generated a lot of interest from potential buyers.

It was also particularly encouraging to see a strong enthusiasm in the flexi-living series, which is an alternative housing solution that has not been offered in the ACT previously.

With registrations now closed, the Ginninderry team will now finalise preparations for the draw that occurs this Friday (28 April).

Following the draw, we will contact people in line with the number they were allotted to book in appointments with our sales team between 5 -12 May.

Due to the demand from the community for our first sales release, we are also currently finalising plans to conduct a second release in June, with more information to follow in the near future.
