Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF)
From 1 July 2026, Ginninderry is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.
As part of this process, all ballot applicants and purchasers must complete identity verification and provide any reasonable information required for Ginninderry to meet its legal obligations before proceeding with the purchase of land or a home.
This may include:
- Verifying your identity.
- Identifying the beneficial owners of a company or trust, where applicable.
- Providing information about the source of funds used for the purchase.
