Yass Valley Council – Community feedback being sought for Parkwood Planning Proposal

The Yass Valley Council has today begun the formal community consultation process for the NSW part of Ginninderry – known as Parkwood Planning Proposal.

Approximately 5,000 dwellings are proposed in Yass Valley. Site area is 600 hectares, of which approximately 394 hectares is proposed for urban development and 213 hectares for conservation purposes adjacent to Murrumbidgee River and Ginninderra Creek.
