An Expressions of Interest process was run in late 2025 and generated interest from a select group of developers and operators. Construction cost escalation and current conditions in the retail sector mean centres of this kind require careful planning to get right, and Ginninderry is committed to securing the right partner and tenancy mix. We are working closely with retail leasing agents to lock in anchor tenancies that will underpin the centre’s long-term success, and are in active discussions with prospective proponents for the site. We expect to confirm a proponent in the coming months and will then share an update with the community on the centre design, tenancy mix and delivery program. The centre is proposed to include a supermarket, specialty retail, a gym, a medical centre and multiple food and beverage offerings.
