SPARK – Ginninderry’s Training and Employment Initative, provides a range of accredited and non-accredited training programs, work experience and job placements targeting those in the Capital Region community who are disconnected from the labour market, underemployed or face barriers entering the workforce.

Ginninderry is seeking to engage Program Development and Delivery Partner(s) to deliver SPARK training programs and coordinate work experience and job placements. Through this process, Ginninderry aims to continue to establish long-term partnerships with leading, expert organisations that share its vision, values and strategic objectives.

This Request for Tender is for SPARK Programs to be delivered in FY27, FY28 and FY29 and is divided into three workstreams, of which Tenderers can submit for one, two or three of the workstreams being:

• Strategic Funding and Program Management;
• Operational Program Delivery and Case Management; and
• Industry Work Experience and Job Placement Management.
