SPARK Renewables Pre-employment Program for Migrants and Refugees

Congratulations to the 14 participants who graduated from the SPARK Renewables Pre-employment Program for Migrants and Refugees this week.

It’s been a jam-packed four weeks – with participants learning to work at heights and in confined spaces, operate elevated work platforms, erecting scaffolding and completing training in safety in the Australian construction industry. We commend the efforts of every single participant and look forward to seeing their journey on to further training, or careers in construction and the renewables sector.

Thank you to Neoen, CIT, The Umbrella Collective, UnitingCare Kippax, Workforce Australia, Multicultural Hub, Training Fund Authority and CITC for making this program possible.
