Free waste management service
As part of building your new home at Strathnairn you are required to comply with the Housing Development Requirements, which among other things include requirements for Sustainability and Waste Management. In relation to Waste Management, Ginninderry has entered into an arrangement with Rowles Site Solutions (RSS) as a ‘Nominated Waste Provider’ to provide waste management services for the construction of all homes in the Strathnairn Rise release area. This service includes full waste management of job site and includes all tip fees for general build waste. The service will be provided at no additional cost to you or your builder, provided your builder adheres to the process and requirements that will be outlined in more detail by RSS as part of the formal engagement process prior to commencement of building works. By electing to use RSS waste management services for the duration of such engagement you will be deemed to have complied with the waste management component of the Housing Development Requirements.
