To achieve this, Ginninderry is seeking to engage expert partners who align with its values and strategic objectives. This Request for Tender (RFT) is designed to secure best-in-class Creative and Media Management & Reporting services that deliver value for money, innovation, and measurable impact. The selected partner(s) will be instrumental in enhancing Ginninderry’s brand presence, delivering high-quality creative assets, and implementing data-driven media strategies to optimise audience engagement—ultimately driving strong sales outcomes.
Through this process, Ginninderry aims to establish long-term partnerships with like-minded organisations that share its vision for excellence, community connection, and sustainable growth.
The RFT is divided into two workstreams, of which Tenderers can submit for one or both, as detailed below.
Creative & Product Management
Responsible for the creative custodianship of Ginninderry’s brand, the successful Proponent will work with Ginninderry’s Development Manager on:
- Brand Development & Strategy: Refine or evolve Ginninderry’s brand identity (as required), including tone,
messaging, and visual identity. - Graphic Design: Creating marketing collateral, brochures, digital assets, event materials, and signage.
- Video Production & Photography: Development of promotional videos, community stories, drone footage, and high-quality photography for campaigns.
- Content Creation: Writing and designing engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
- Social Media Management: Development, scheduling, and community management of organic social media content.
- Campaign Development: End-to-end concept, design, and execution of creative campaigns for key initiatives.
- Event Creative Support: Development of event branding, signage, and promotional materials.
- Website & Digital Design and Management: UI/UX enhancements for Ginninderry’s website and digital platforms (e.g. ginninderry.com and Ginninderry App), digital product management (e.g. domain management, SSL certificates, etc.).
- SEO: Optimisation of content for search engines and tracking website performance metrics.
Media Management & Reporting
Responsible for Ginninderry’s paid media and reporting, the successful Proponent will be responsible for:
- Media Planning & Buying: Strategy, negotiation, and placement of paid media across digital, print, radio, and outdoor channels.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of media and advertising efforts.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all media content aligns with industry regulations, branding guidelines, and community expectations.
- Reporting Framework & Insights: Establish a structured reporting framework that provides tangible insights, tracking engagement through enquiry and sales conversion, to inform future media spend and strategies.

- 9 May – Tender Closes
- 16 May – Tenderers Notified
- Week of 19 May 2025 – Presentation to Riverview (if required)
- 11 June – Riverview recommendation to Ginninderry Joint Venture Board
- By 30 June – Contract Awarded
